What is Warhawk Village Apartments?

Warhawk Village is a new apartment community specifically developed for ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students.

When will Warhawk Village Apartments open?

Warhawk Village opened its doors in Fall 2020.

Why should I live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

There are several reasons but a few stand out:

  • Brand NEW, academically focused student community
  • Fantastic location – located on Peyton and Warhawk Way.
  • Convenience - walk to class!
  • Excellent maintenance response – 24-hour emergency response and one day non-emergency response.
  • Convenient parking

What is included in my apartment?

Your rent will be fully inclusive and include:

  • Fully furnished: living & dining room furniture, desk & desk chair & bed (full-size beds in all unit types)
  • Appliances: in apartment refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher
  • Utilities: Internet (Ethernet & Wireless), water, heat, electricity
  • *Cable is not provided. Students will receive a firestick and has access to local channels.

What is included in my community?

Your rent will be fully inclusive and include:

Can I have a pet if I live at Warhawk Village Apartments?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Warhawk Village apartments, including visiting pets.

What are Warhawk Village community standards/rules?

Warhawk Village residents are subject to the University of Louisiana Monroe Code of Conduct and Housing and Residence Life policies.

Where can I park if I live at Warhawk Village Apartments?

Warhawk Village has parking available but it is not guaranteed. Residents interested in parking will purchase a ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï parking decal. Fee will be posted to ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï student account.

Do I need an on-campus meal plan?

Students who live at Warhawk Village are required to purchase at a minimum the Village Meal Plan.

Who can live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

Warhawk Village Apartments is available to University of Louisiana Monroe and VCOM students who are eligible for campus housing, have a 2.3 minimum GPA with at least 24 hours earned at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï or be a scholarship recipient. Students can apply to live in Warhawk Village Apartments as part of their standard housing application by indicating Warhawk Village Apartments as one of their building preferences.

How do I apply to live in Warhawk Village Apartments?

Applications will be available through the housing website/portal beginning January 1, 2021. Any student who is eligible to live at Warhawk Village may submit an application. However, spaces will be available based on a first come, first serve basis.

There are a limited number of 10-month leases available.
